Short answer: IWB hides better, OWB is faster on a belt, and AIWB is appendix. The shell must name the gun and any light or optic.
IWB (inside the waistband) hides better and needs a stiffer belt. OWB (outside) is faster and usually more comfortable on a range belt. AIWB is appendix IWB.
Match: exact gun model, generation, light (TLR-7, X300), and optic cut. A Glock 19 holster is not a 19 MOS + TLR-7 holster unless the title says so. Right-hand (RH) and left-hand (LH) are not interchangeable.
