Shipping policy

Gun Parts Central, a Slade Street Tactical store, drop-ships non-FFL parts and accessories from our authorized supplier. By placing an order you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Legal Notice, our Terms of Service, and our Refund Policy.

Order processing

Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day or the next business day from our authorized supplier’s warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. CT, or on weekends and holidays, typically ship the following business day.

Shipping times

We ship via standard ground services (primarily USPS and UPS). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days after the order ships
Alaska and Hawaii: 5–10 business days after the order ships, if we accept the order for that destination

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or because of carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $9.99. Orders of $99 or more after discounts ship free. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands) at this time. We do not ship firearms, firearm receivers, frames, or ammunition.

Magazines — 10 rounds maximum

This store does not sell magazines with a stated capacity over 10 rounds. 10-round magazines and 10-round / blocked or pinned bodies (including titles such as 10RD/30RD BDY, 10/30, or similar) may be offered. You are still solely responsible for confirming that any magazine is legal to buy, possess, and use where you live and where it will be used, including city and county rules that are stricter than state law.

Restricted destinations — checkout block

Checkout will not offer shipping rates for firearm parts or accessories to the following jurisdictions. If those items are in your cart, you will not be able to complete an order to these addresses:

California

Delaware
Hawaii
Illinois
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Jersey
New York
Rhode Island
Washington
District of Columbia

California (AB 1263). California Assembly Bill 1263 (effective January 1, 2026) requires firearm-industry members to give a written notice, collect an acknowledgment, verify age and identity, match the delivery address to the buyer’s identification, and require adult signature and ID at delivery before selling or shipping “firearm accessories,” firearm manufacturing machines, and unattached firearm barrels to a California resident. We do not operate that verification and delivery process. We therefore do not ship firearm parts, accessories, magazines, holsters, optics, or similar firearm items to California.

Non-firearm and safety items that still ship (including to California and the other jurisdictions listed above): first aid and medical kits, knives, eye protection, ear protection, cases and bags, and paper/range targets. Scopes, weapon lights, slings, holsters, magazines, and other firearm parts are not in this exception. A cart that mixes a blocked item with an allowed item will not check out to a restricted address.

These states maintain assault-weapon, conversion-kit, and/or “assault weapon attachment” rules that can make certain AR-15, AR-10, AK, and similar parts unlawful to buy, have shipped, or possess (including folding or telescoping stocks, pistol grips, flash hiders, conversion kits, and parts intended to assemble or convert a firearm into a banned configuration). Illinois includes “assault weapon attachments” under the Protect Illinois Communities Act. Washington includes kits or parts from which an assault weapon can be assembled or a firearm converted.

Colorado (including SB25-003, effective August 1, 2026) and Virginia (statutes effective July 1, 2026; statewide enforcement has been subject to court injunction) impose additional restrictions. Some cities and counties (including Denver, Colorado, and other localities) restrict AR/AK parts or magazines beyond statewide rules. We may refuse those destinations even when checkout still shows a rate.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or not ship any order to any jurisdiction listed above, to any other state, city, county, or ZIP code we believe may prohibit the item, or for any other reason. We may update this list without prior notice as laws change. A product remaining visible on the Site for a given address is not permission to buy it or a representation that it is legal there.

If we cancel an order under this section before it ships, we will refund amounts we actually collected for that cancelled item. If an item has already shipped, our Refund Policy applies, except that we may refuse a refund where you ordered an item you were not legally allowed to receive.

Your duty to know the law

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING AND COMPLYING WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND OTHER LAWS THAT APPLY TO YOU, TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, AND TO ANY PLACE YOU INTEND TO POSSESS OR USE THE PRODUCTS. Laws differ by state, city, and county and change often. Gun Parts Central does not provide legal advice. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you have determined, before buying, that each item is legal for you to purchase, have shipped to the address you provide, possess, and use. Checkout blocks are a store shipping rule, not a legal determination that an item is lawful for you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking in your customer account or by contacting us.

Direct ship from supplier

All products ship directly from our authorized supplier. This allows us to offer real-time inventory and fast fulfillment without holding warehouse stock. Gun Parts Central handles all customer service, returns, and support. You never need to contact the supplier directly.

Order changes and cancellations

We cannot cancel or change an order after it is placed except as we choose to do so (including to comply with law or this policy). Every order is drop-shipped from our authorized supplier immediately. Please review your cart, shipping address, and items carefully before you complete checkout. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at sales@gunpartscentral.com or (877) GUN-CTRL within 7 days of the expected delivery date. If you added shipping protection at checkout, use the claim page.
