Returns & Order Support

We handle every drop-shipped order ourselves. Tell us what is going on and we will try to fix it first — tracking, a replacement, or a how-to. We review every request before we approve a return.

• Orders cannot be cancelled. Items ship from our supplier immediately.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Approved returns include a 20% restocking fee. You pay return shipping.
• Do not send an item back until we approve the request. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
