Savage 110 short action vs long action bases

Savage 110 (and 10 / 12 in the same family) uses short-action and long-action hole spacing, same idea as a Remington 700. A 110 SA rail will not line up on a 110 LA receiver. Axis / Edge is a different Savage rifle and a different base. .308 and many 6.5 Creedmoor 110s are short action; .30-06 and magnum 110s are typically long action.
On this site the chips are 110 short action and 110 long action. Bases are under Scope bases. AccuTrigger and stocks can still split SA/LA; do not assume a 110 stock is both. Search SAV 110 SA, 110 LA, or SAVAGE SHORT ACTION.
