This Legal Notice, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”), is a binding contract. By accessing GunPartsCentral.com (the “Site”), creating an account, adding an item to your cart, or placing an order, you agree to the Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not buy from us.

“Gun Parts Central,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Gun Parts Central. “Slade Street Tactical” means Slade Street Tactical and any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate that operates or owns the Gun Parts Central store. The “Released Parties” means Gun Parts Central; Slade Street Tactical; their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates; and each of their respective past, present, and future owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, vendors, suppliers (including any drop-ship or catalog supplier), licensors, insurers, successors, and assigns.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 if the law where you live or where we ship requires it) and legally permitted to purchase the products offered on this Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We use age verification and may refuse any order. Age verification is not a legal determination that a product is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Products

We sell only non-FFL gun parts and accessories. We do not sell firearms, firearm receivers, frames, or ammunition. All products are sourced from our authorized supplier and ship directly from that supplier. We do not sell magazines with a stated capacity over 10 rounds. Product titles, images, specifications, and prices are informational and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete or error-free.

Know the laws in your jurisdiction before you buy

FIREARMS-RELATED PRODUCTS ARE REGULATED DIFFERENTLY IN EVERY STATE, CITY, AND COUNTY. YOU MUST KNOW THE LAW BEFORE YOU BUY. That includes, without limitation: assault-weapon and “assault weapon attachment” rules; conversion-kit and parts-kit rules; magazine capacity limits; local ordinances; and any licensing, age, or identification rules.

As of August 2026, jurisdictions with assault-weapon and/or strict accessory or magazine rules include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, plus cities and counties that are stricter than statewide law. This list is not exhaustive and is not legal advice. We may refuse shipment as described in our Shipping Policy.

Gun Parts Central and Slade Street Tactical do not provide legal advice. Listing a product, accepting payment, or shipping an item is not a representation that the item is legal for you.

Buyer representations and warranties

Each time you place an order, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

  • You are the buyer, you are of legal age, and you are buying for lawful personal use, not for unlawful manufacture, conversion, or straw purchase;
  • You have determined, before checkout, that every item in the order is legal to purchase, import, have shipped to the address you provide, possess, and use under all laws that apply to you and to that address;
  • The shipping address is accurate and is not a location where the item is prohibited;
  • You will not use any product in a way that violates law; and
  • If you later learn an item is unlawful for you to possess, you will not take delivery if you can lawfully refuse it, you will not transfer it unlawfully, and you will contact us promptly.

We may cancel, refuse, or reclaim any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, would violate law or this Agreement. We are not required to investigate the law in your jurisdiction before accepting an order.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this Site, or any products purchased from us, for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws.

Assumption of risk

You assume all risk of loss, injury, property damage, civil or criminal investigation, seizure, forfeiture, fine, or prosecution arising from your purchase, possession, transportation, or use of products, including risk that a product is later determined to be restricted in your jurisdiction.

Release

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND FOREVER HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND LIABILITIES OF EVERY KIND (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS), WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED OR UNSUSPECTED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE; (B) YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, SHIPMENT, STORAGE, TRANSFER, OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT; (C) YOUR FAILURE TO KNOW OR FOLLOW ANY LAW; (D) ANY PRODUCT THAT IS UNLAWFUL IN YOUR JURISDICTION; AND (E) ANY ACT OR OMISSION OF A CARRIER OR SUPPLIER AFTER THE ITEM IS TENDERED FOR SHIPMENT.

IF YOU ARE A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, YOU WAIVE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH SAYS: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” YOU ALSO WAIVE ANY COMPARABLE LAW OF ANY OTHER JURISDICTION.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, investigations, actions, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (1) your breach of this Agreement or any representation you make; (2) your violation of any law or of any third party’s rights; (3) your purchase, possession, or use of any product; or (4) any claim that we should not have sold or shipped an item to you. We may control the defense of any indemnified matter with counsel we choose. You will cooperate fully.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PRODUCT IS LEGAL IN YOUR JURISDICTION OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GUN PARTS CENTRAL FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Pricing, availability, and orders

Prices are subject to change. Because items drop-ship immediately, customers cannot cancel an order after it is placed except as we agree or as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our discretion, including for pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or legal or shipping restrictions.

Shipping and returns

See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping unless we say otherwise.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gun Parts Central, Slade Street Tactical, or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Governing law and venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction for any dispute lie in the state or federal courts in Orange County, California, and you consent to those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Severability; entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the rest of the Agreement remains in effect. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site and your purchases and supersedes prior discussions. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign it.

Changes

We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Site or a later purchase after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
