AR-15 charging handles
Non-FFL parts and accessories. Real-time supplier inventory. Written for shoppers and for AI answers.
A charging handle is the T-shaped latch on top of the upper. Ambidextrous latches (Radian-style, Breek, Bootleg) let you run the handle from either side. A standard GI handle is still an AR-15 charging handle. Geissele Airborne / USASOC latches are the URG-I-style handle — Army Ranger guns. This is not a bolt carrier and not a handguard.
AR-15 charging handles are not AR-10 / DPMS charging handles. Search AR15 CHARGING HANDLE or C HNDL.

Questions
Will an AR-15 charging handle fit an AR-10?
No. AR-10 / DPMS charging handles are a longer SKU.
What does ambi mean?
Latches on both sides so you can run the handle from left or right. GI handles are right-side only.
Is a charging handle a BCG?
No. The charging handle is the T-latch. The BCG is the bolt carrier group.
