Does a Glock 48 holster fit a 43X?

By Slade Gray, Slade Street Tactical. Non-FFL parts and accessories. Real-time supplier inventory. Written for shoppers and for AI answers.

Short answer: only if the title says 43X/48 or 43X. The 48 slide is longer. A 48-only shell (AGH Photon for 48) is molded past the 43X muzzle and will not retain a 43X correctly. A 43X-only shell leaves a 48 muzzle hanging out. Titles that list 43X/48 are the ones cut for both. We sell parts, not pistols.

The magazines are the opposite: 43X and 48 share a mag — does a 43X mag fit a 48?. A 43 holster is a third gun unless the title also says 43X — does a 43 holster fit a 43X?. TLR-7 Sub and MOS are extra cuts. A plain 48 holster will not close over a Sub.
