Short answer: P365, XL, XMacro, and P365-380 are different shells. An XL holster will not fit a Macro. A light needs its own cut.
P365, P365 XL, P365 XMacro, and P365-380 are different footprints. A holster for a plain P365 will not cover an XL slide. Macro and XL with a light need a holster cut for that light. Macro grip width is its own shell — P365 XMacro holsters.

Does a P365 holster fit a P365XL or XMacro?
Not by default. XL and Macro have longer slides and different grip modules. The title must say XL, Macro, or Fuse if that is your gun.
Does a P365 holster fit a P320?
No. Different pistols and holster shells.
What about a light or optic?
The holster title must name the light or optic cut. A plain P365 holster will not clear a TLR-7 sub or a slide-mounted dot unless it says so.
