P365, P365X, and P365 XL share a family but not always a holster. XL has a longer slide. A flush P365 holster often leaves the XL muzzle exposed or will not seat. X-Macro is a wider grip module — that is a third shell, XMacro holsters. Titles that say P365/XL usually cover the longer slide; titles that only say P365 may be the short gun.

Does a P365 holster fit a P365 XL?
Not unless the title lists XL. The XL slide is longer. X-Macro is a wider grip and a different shell.
Does a P365/XL title cover both?
Usually the longer slide. Still read the title for light and optic cuts.
Do I need a TLR-7 Sub holster?
Yes if that light is on the gun. A plain P365 holster will not fit TLR-7 Sub.
