Short answer: A Glock 19 holster fits Gen 3–5 unless the title names a generation. A red dot needs MOS or optic in the title. A plain 19 shell will not close over a light.
Most holsters marked for a Glock 19 fit Gen 3, 4, and 5 if the title does not name a generation. A slide-mounted red dot is different: the holster must say MOS, optic, or the sight name (RMR, 407C, EPS). A plain 19 holster will usually hit the optic.
Light-bearing is a separate SKU. TLR-7, TLR-1, and X300 each need a holster cut for that light. A 19 holster is not a 17 or 26 holster unless those models are listed. 19X and 45 share the 19 slide length; still read the title. IWB, OWB, and AIWB are carry positions. Does a TLR-7 holster fit a gun with no light?
