Weapon lights

By Slade Gray, Slade Street Tactical. Non-FFL parts and accessories. Real-time supplier inventory. Written for shoppers and for AI answers.

Short answer: A weapon light (TLR, X300) is not a handheld flashlight and not a holster. The holster must name the light.

A weapon light clamps to a rail or trigger guard (TLR, X300, Scout, WML). A handheld flashlight is a different category. A holster that says WML or TLR is a holster, not a light. Laser bore sighters (cartridge, Sight-Rite, Viz-Max) have their own Optics type. Surefire rear caps and tail caps are covers, not lights. For a full-size Glock, see tactical lights for Glock 17 and 34. For a railed Sig P226, see P226 laser/light combos. An HK USP is a different rail again — not Picatinny and not Glock — see lights and lasers for an HK USP rail. Glock 19 plus X300 is the compact duty pair in most NSW pistol photos — what gun Navy SEALs carry.

Search TLR, X300, WML, or WEAPON LIGHT. Match the gun or rail in the title (Glock, 1913, M-LOK Scout, HK USP).

Questions

Is a Streamlight TLR a handheld flashlight?

No. TLR, X300, Scout, and WML are weapon-mounted. Handheld flashlights are Shop gear → Lights.

Is a WML holster a weapon light?

No. That is a holster cut for a light. Bore sighters are a separate Optics type. Rear caps are covers, not lights.

How do I match a light to my gun?

Read the rail or gun in the title: Glock, 1913, M-LOK Scout, HK USP. An HK USP is not a Glock rail — see the USP rail lights guide.
